CERTIFICATIONS
Certification Requirements for Partnerships
Some certifications are an exclusive condition to ensure adherence to the ABG OREV secure partnership program. A partner must have Orev Presales Skills (OPSK), Orev Sales Expert (OSE) and / or Orev Certified Specialist (OCS) certifications in order to start the partnership process with ABG Computer Systems Ltd.
Orev Presales Skills (OPSK) – Aimed at a sales team with little technical content and more content focused on understanding the product, how to sell, how to meet needs in the conversation with the customer in order to fit the product to their needs.
To obtain the pre-sales certification (OPSK), the Orev Certified Foundation (OCFO) certification is also required.
Orev Sales Expert (OSE) – Focused on sales with technical knowledge. This course covers the premises for installation, technical specifications and another form of sales based on the main needs of the market. The advantage of this training over the OCE is the ability to answer the main technical questions that arise during most presentations that include the technical staff present. To obtain this certification, OPSK + OCEx certification is required.
Orev Certified Foundation (OCFO) – Initial certification for the technical area that you want to know about the main points of the tool, installation, functions, characteristics of each menu item. Training for this certification consists of two courses.
Orev Certified Expert (OCEx) – In addition to all the items covered in the training for OCFO certification, a specific module for generating consolidated reports and creating customized dashboards according to the monitoring area and the client’s needs is included. The training for this certification consists of three courses.
Orev Certified Master Specialist (OCMS) – Aimed at the technical staff that intends to achieve maximum performance on the platform. In the training for this certification, all the previous ones and two more specific courses (totaling five courses) are included, one of which is troubleshooting and one of database maintenance for the generation of offline reports.

OPSK
Aimed at the sales team with little technical content and more content focused on understanding the product, how to sell, how to meet needs in the conversation with the customer in order to fit the product to their needs.

OCEX
In addition to all the items covered in the training for OCFO certification, a specific module for generating consolidated reports and creating customized dashboards according to the monitoring area and the client's needs is included. The training for this certification consists of three courses.

OSE
Focused on sales area with technical knowledge. This course covers the premises for installation, technical specifications and another form of sales based on the main needs of the market.

OCMS
Focused on the technical staff that intends to achieve maximum performance on the platform. In the training for this certification, all the previous ones and two more specific courses are included, one of troubleshooting and one of maintenance of database for generation of offline reports.

OCFO
Initial certification for the technical area that you want to know about the main points of the tool, installation, functions, characteristics of each menu item. Training for this certification consists of two courses.
Performance Requirements for Raising the Level of Partnership
The increase in the level of partnership occurs according to the partner’s commitment to its business with ABG, in the increase of sales to its customers, as well as in the professionalization of its team. Partners can achieve Silver, Gold or Platinum levels as they reach the minimum requirements for each level, which must be maintained throughout the fiscal year to maintain the level reached.

Silver
- Minimum Sales = up to U$ 100.000 / year
- Required Certifications = Compliance Partner ** , OPSK
- Winning Opportunities = O.R* + Basic Support
Gold
- Mínimo de Vendas = up to U$ 300.000 / year
- Required Certifications = Compliance Partner** , OPSK, OCSE, OCFO
- Winning Opportunities = O.R* + Basic Support + 5% Margin
Platinum
- Mínimo de Vendas = maiores que U$ 300.000 / ano
- Required Certifications = Compliance Partner** , OPSK, OCSE, OCFO e OCEx
- Winning Opportunities = O.R* + Suporte básico + 10% Margin

**The compliance partner certification is mandatory for all levels and guarantees the partner’s compliance with legal requirements with the main federal and state bodies, guaranteeing the suitability and conduct of the candidate company for partner.
